Semiconductor Condenser - TC-MINI

The TC-MINI series is available in two basic models, which can be supplemented with additional options.

TC-MINI 6111 Moderate ambient temperature (up to approximately 40°C)

TC-MINI 6112 Higher ambient temperature (up to approximately 50°C)

It is specifically designed for small systems, tailored for sample gases with low dew points and flow rates, and operates on a 24 V DC power supply. Under atmospheric pressure, the typical sample gas dew point is 40°C, with a gas inlet temperature of 70°C and a flow rate of approximately 100 l/h. This roughly corresponds to a cooling capacity of about 23 kJ/h. Of course, it can also cool gases with different parameters. The cooler's control is managed by a microprocessor. When the set alarm limits are exceeded or undercut (e.g., after startup), it is indicated by a flashing LED and the status relay.

The status output can, for example, be used to control the sample gas pump so that the gas flow is only activated when the permissible cooling range is reached.

By connecting a moisture detector, it can be expanded to monitor the emergence of condensate.
